B.Sc. Biotechnology is a three years Annual Professional Degree Program which is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

In B. Sc Biotechnology third year there is either three practicals of 75 marks or a summer training report and viva voce for 150 marks in place of three practical exams (75 marks each) is considered
Admission Procedure
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidate must pass 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics) from recognized Board with 45% (aggregate percentage) for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST.
2. Candidates appearing in 10+2 examination can also apply however their admission will be confirmed after clearing the qualifying examination.

Selection Criteria:
The final admission to the B. Sc Biotechnology course will be done on the basis of merit as declared by the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The merit is based on the aggregate marks in 10+2(PCB/M).
Documents required for admission:
The photocopy of following documents is required at the time of final admission:
1. Marksheets of X and XII classes
2. Passing certificates of X and XII classes
3. Adhar card of the candidate
4. Transfer Certificate (TC) for UP Board students
5. Migraton Certificate for CBSC, ICSC and other than UP Board students
6.5 colored passport size photographs of the candidate
7. A Gap certificate in case of year gap after 10+2.
